Cookie Run: Crumble Currency Guide — Crystals, Coins & More

CookieRun: Crumble launched on July 30, 2026, and Devsisters had already named most of the game’s economy through pre-registration rewards. This page is your map of the Cookie Run Crumble currency system — what each currency and item is for, and where they come from. The currencies announced before launch

These seven were named in Devsisters’ pre-launch material and pre-registration rewards. The launch build added five more, which have their own section further down.

Crystals and Coins: the two-tier economy

Crystals sit at the top as the premium currency — the thing Devsisters hands out in the smallest amounts. Coins are the soft currency, granted in the tens and hundreds of thousands, which usually signals routine spending like upgrades. Devsisters has not yet published exactly what each buys, so treat specific uses as to-be-confirmed at launch.

Summon items: Cutters and Pet Tickets

Crumble splits its summons into two dedicated items rather than one gacha currency:

• Premium Cookie Cutters draw Cookies — the units you field in teams of up to 12 for auto-battles.
• Premium Pet Tickets draw Pets, the companions that pair with Cookies for passive bonuses — see the pets guide.

Because these are separate items, hoarding one doesn’t help the other: you’ll want both stacks going into launch. Rates and pity details are unannounced.

Crumbs, Choco Chalk and Rainbow Cubes

Crumbs are the wildcard: press material mentions earning them in boss fights, and the PvE mode Crumb Scramble shares the name, but their exact function is unconfirmed. Choco Chalk and Rainbow Cubes appear only as names in the cross-game reward package. They’re long-established CookieRun-franchise items, but Devsisters hasn’t confirmed whether they’re spendable currencies inside Crumble itself — they may simply be delivered as reward items.

The currencies the launch build added

Five names appeared with the first coupon codes and are in nothing Devsisters published before July 30 — so most players meet the item before they meet the system that spends it. Three have a documented use. Two do not, and we are not going to invent one.

Flames of Bravery is the one to spend attention on. Oven Wanderer is the launch banner’s TSSR — a top-rarity alternate take on Brave Cookie — so a Flames 10-pull is aimed at the single hardest unit to get right now, not at the general pool. The two launch coupon codes each grant 1,000 of them, and both expire on August 25, 2026: see the codes page.

⚠️ Flames of Bravery expire on August 27, 2026 at 1:00 PM (GMT+9). The August 13 patch notes confirm that when Oven Wanderer’s Special Gacha ends, every remaining Flame converts to Crystals at 1 Crystal per 1 Flame and lands in your mailbox. A Flame is worth far more inside that banner than it is as a single Crystal, so if you were saving them for a 10-pull, the saving window closes on that date.

Lucky Dough feeds the Oven, which is a gear factory rather than a summon pool. Get the Oven to level two or three first — that unlocks auto-baking, so the Dough converts into Gear without manual tapping.

Rune Crystals are the Sugar Rune input. Runes are a stat layer on top of your Cookies, which makes Rune Crystals a progression currency rather than a roster one: they make the Cookies you already own stronger instead of getting you new ones.

Stellar Points and Auto-Hunt Coins are the honest gap on this page. Both arrive in 1,000-unit and 10-unit batches from the launch codes, and neither has a use documented anywhere we could verify — not on the official site, not in the official help centre, not in any guide that quotes a source. Every site listing them is copying the coupon reward text, which names the item without explaining it. If you have them sitting in your inventory, the systems that spend them are the place to look, and we would rather say that than publish a guess that reads well.

Where it all came from

1. Pre-registration rewards — the base sign-up alone banked 50 Cutters and 50 Pet Tickets. Steps in the pre-registration guide.
2. Milestones add 1,000 Crystals (100k), 10,000 Coins (300k), 100 Cutters (500k) and 100 Pet Tickets (1M) as global sign-ups climb — full breakdown in the rewards news post.
3. Cross-game package: CookieRun: Kingdom or OvenBreak players who enter a Player ID on the pre-registration site get 1,000 Crystals, 1,000 Choco Chalk, 1,000 Rainbow Cubes and 100,000 Coins.
4. Claim by August 29, 11:59 PM GMT+9 — rewards expire after that.

The pre-launch section reflects Devsisters’ own announcements. The launch-build section is sourced from the coupon rewards themselves plus published guides that agree with each other; where they only repeat an item name without explaining it, this page says so rather than filling the gap. Drop rates, shop prices and any further currencies (stamina, guild or arena tokens, upgrade materials) are still unlisted here.
