Pinot Noir Cookie is an SSR Dark Support added in the August 27, 2026 update, and her skill is Shadow Bind: it reduces the healing enemies receive, and buffs a wide area with Rapid Fire synergy plus resistance to lift effects.
Why she matters more than her rarity suggests
This site’s Synergy matrix has a standing finding about the launch roster: of the seven Synergy buffs, Rapid Fire has the worst supply-to-demand ratio — twelve Cookies’ skills scale with it and only two supply it, Grapevine and Orange. If Shadow Bind’s area buff behaves in the client the way the notice describes it, Pinot Noir is the third supplier of the most over-subscribed buff in the game.
That is a different kind of value from a damage number. A Support who unlocks Cookies you already own does not need to out-damage anyone to earn a slot.
What the notice states, and what it does not
Stated: SSR, Dark, Support; Shadow Bind; healing reduction on enemies; a wide-area buff granting Rapid Fire synergy and lift resistance.
Not stated, anywhere: the healing-reduction percentage, the buff radius, its duration, the cooldown, and her base stats. Devsisters published none of them, and neither the English notice nor the press release fills the gap. Any site printing those figures today either read them off a live client — which it should say — or invented them.
Where she fits
- Against healing enemies she is doing something no stat sheet shows: reducing incoming healing changes whether a fight is winnable at all, not how fast it ends.
- Lift resistance is the quiet half of her kit. A team that keeps casting because it is not being thrown around loses fewer skill activations than one that is nominally stronger.
- In Guild Conquest, where scoring is cumulative damage over a whole attempt, an uptime buff compounds in a way burst does not.
Test her the way you would test any Support: hold the rest of the team constant and compare clear times against the same content, rather than swapping two slots at once and guessing which one moved the number.
Naming
The English notice writes the skill as Shadow Bind. Devsisters’ Japanese press release renders it Shadow Bond and Korean coverage Shadow Binding — three renderings of one skill. This site uses the English notice, as it does for the rest of the August 27 patch.

FAQ
What class is Pinot Noir Cookie?
SSR, Dark element, Support. She was added in the August 27, 2026 update; Devsisters' press release of that date lists the rarity, element and role.
What does Shadow Bind do?
It reduces the healing enemies receive and buffs a wide area with Rapid Fire synergy plus resistance to lift effects. Exact percentages, duration and cooldown were not published, so this page does not state any.
Is Pinot Noir worth building?
She is the third source of Rapid Fire on this site's Synergy matrix, against twelve Cookies whose skills scale with it — the tightest supply-to-demand ratio of the seven buffs. That makes her valuable as an enabler even before anyone measures her own damage.
