Platforms at a glance

There is no standalone PC client or Steam page — the PC version ships through Google Play Games, so mobile and PC are the same game and (as with other Google Play Games titles) the same account ecosystem.

Why there’s less “controlling” than you think

CookieRun: Crumble is a deck-building idle survivor. The App Store description puts it plainly: the Cookies get stronger on their own and keep exploring even while you’re idle. In battle:

• Your team of up to 12 Cookies attacks and fires skills automatically.
• Your moment-to-moment input is moving the whole team around the map — dodging swarms, kiting bosses like Giant Goldie Drop, and grouping enemies.
• Everything else is decided before the fight: which Cookies you bring, how you balance the four roles (Charge, Tank, Ranged, Support), and which Pets you pair with them.

In other words, the real “controls” are team management — the battle itself is designed for both active and passive play.

Mobile controls (touch)

On iOS and Android, expect standard touch input: you drag to move your Cookie squad while attacks and skills resolve on their own. Devsisters hasn’t published a control-scheme breakdown yet, so specifics like a virtual joystick versus tap-to-move, manual skill buttons, or a speed-up toggle are to be confirmed at launch. What is confirmed is the design intent: input is light enough that the game plays comfortably in idle sessions.

PC controls via Google Play Games

Because the PC version runs through Google Play Games, it uses that platform’s keyboard and mouse environment rather than a bespoke PC build. Confirmed as of September 2026: Crumble has its own listing on the Google Play Games PC store, with published minimum requirements:

Devsisters still hasn’t published an exact key-mapping sheet (movement keys, skill hotkeys) or confirmed controller support — the PC store listing’s only input-related line is marketing copy (“Level up with improved controls”), not a bindings diagram.
