Sources: Localised names, pronouns and ingredients: Cookie Run Wiki, read 4 August 2026. Rarity cross-checked across four independent launch rosters with no conflicts. See the full launch roster.
Cool Mint Cookie is in the game. She arrived in the August 13, 2026 update — the first content update after launch — as an SSR Water Charge Cookie. She was not part of the 69-Cookie launch roster, which is why older guides still list her as upcoming.
Her skill: Implant Excavation
Cool Mint drills into the ground, knocks enemies away while dealing damage, and summons skulls from the excavated ground. That is the official description in full, from Devsisters’ August 13 patch notes:
Cool Mint Cookie’s an SSR Water Charge Cookie who brings her “Implant Excavation” to your team! Cool Mint Cookie drills into the ground, knocking away enemies while dealing damage. She also summons skulls from the excavated ground.
— [Notice] About the August 13 Update, @CRCrumbleEN, 2026-08-12
What Devsisters did not publish: the damage values, the cooldown, or the Synergies she grants and receives. Every other Cookie page on this site lists a cooldown because the in-game data screen provides one; hers is blank until we can read it, and a blank is the honest version of a number we do not have.
Two things the description does tell you, though. A knock-away is displacement, which in an auto-battler decides whether your front line stays engaged — it can help or hurt depending on what else is in the team. And a summon means she is affected by Skill AMP: the same August 13 update fixed a bug where Skill AMP was not applying to Summons at all, so that stat now raises a summon’s ATK, DEF and HP.
Official profile
Devsisters publishes a character profile for Cool Mint Cookie on the official site, which is where her affiliation and personality come from:
The Cookie at the forefront of the Implant Order’s activities! She leaps out to wherever she catches a whiff of expensive ore, digging without a second thought. Despite her loud personality, she puts safety above all else, meaning it’s not uncommon to see her shouting at her subordinates for not wearing safety hats in the mines. Quick—put one on before she notices!

The mining theme is not just flavour: the same update introduced the Rune Crystal Dungeon, where you fight the White Sugar Guardian for Rune Crystals. She arrived alongside a mining dungeon, which is the kind of pairing Devsisters tends to do on purpose.
Where she sits in the Implant Order
Cool Mint is the Order’s action lead — the one in the field. The Order’s strategist is Devil’s Tooth Cookie, who handles its ledgers and planning and has not been released yet. If you are wondering whether Devil’s Tooth is next, note that Devsisters ships new Cookies on a two-week cycle but has never pre-announced the running order.
Should you build her?
Wait for numbers before committing. An SSR Charge with displacement and a summon is a real kit, not filler, and Charge is the most populated class in the game at 19 of the 69 launch Cookies — so she is entering a crowded role. Without her damage values there is no honest way to say whether she beats what you already have.
Our tier list lists her as SSR / Water / Charge and leaves the tier itself blank. That is deliberate: a tier assigned on the day of release is a guess wearing a letter grade.
Sourcing. Rarity, element, class and skill are verbatim from the official August 13 patch notes. Lore is from Devsisters’ own site. Damage, cooldown and Synergy data are absent because Devsisters has not published them — this page fills them in when the in-game data screen or an official source provides them, and not before.
FAQ
What class is Cool Mint Cookie in Cookie Run: Crumble?
Charge. The August 13, 2026 patch notes describe her as an SSR Water Charge Cookie, which fixes all three of rarity, element and class in one sentence. Before that update none of the three had been published, and this page said so.
What is Cool Mint Cookie's skill?
Implant Excavation. Per the official patch notes she drills into the ground, knocking away enemies while dealing damage, and summons skulls from the excavated ground. Devsisters did not publish the damage numbers or the cooldown, so this page does not list any.
How do you get Cool Mint Cookie?
She was added in the August 13, 2026 update, so she is obtainable — but Devsisters' notice does not say through which banner or at what rate. We are not going to guess at a pickup schedule; check the in-game gacha screen, which is authoritative.
Is Cool Mint Cookie worth pulling?
Too early to say honestly. She is an SSR with a knock-away and a summon, which is a real kit, but nobody has played her long enough to rank her — and her damage numbers are unpublished. Our tier list leaves her unranked rather than inventing a placement.
