What Gentle Remedy does
Circling Bear Jellies heal allies, grant an ATK increase, and grant Duration Synergy.
| Value | At base |
|---|---|
| HP recovered | 18.2% of ATK |
| Damage tick | 0.33s |
| Duration | 2.5% |
| Bear Jelly move speed | (Projectile Speed) 6 |
| ATK increase | 6% |
| ATK increase stacks | ×10 |
| Duration buff granted | 40% |
The line that matters is ATK increase 6%, stacks ×10. Fully stacked that is a 60% team ATK increase — larger than Pomegranate Cookie’s 46.5%, though it has to be built up rather than applied at once.
Note also Bear Jelly Mov SPD: (Projectile Speed) 6. The Projectile Speed Synergy it receives makes the Bear Jellies circle faster, which means healing and stacks land more quickly. Its own Synergy accelerates its own ramp.
Three jobs in one slot
Most Supports do one thing. This does three:
- Heal — 18.2% of ATK per tick
- Buff ATK — 6% per stack, up to 10 stacks
- Grant Duration Synergy — 40%
For a 12-Cookie team that consolidation is worth a slot on its own.
Duration is the second most wanted Synergy
14 Cookies receive Duration, behind only Range at 18. Three Cookies grant it:
| Provider | Rarity | Cooldown | Also does |
|---|---|---|---|
| Cheerleader Cookie | U | 5.0s | — |
| Coffee Cookie | U | 5.0s | — |
| Pediatrician | SSR | 7.0s | Heals, stacks team ATK |
Be clear about the trade. Cheerleader and Coffee are faster and free. If all you want is Duration uptime, a U-rarity Cookie does it better — 5 seconds against 7.
The Pediatrician’s case is that it is not only a Duration provider. It is a healer and an ATK buffer that happens to grant Duration. You take it to compress three roles into one slot, not to maximise Duration uptime.
Who it pairs with
Duration recipients worth naming: Dark Choco Cookie (SSR Tank), Cream Puff Cookie (SSR Ranged), Scorpion Cookie (SSR Ranged) and Skating Queen Cookie (SSR Charge).
Cream Puff is the most improved by it — the longest cooldown in the SSR Ranged class, whose whirlwind Duration directly offsets.
It receives Projectile Speed, from Pomegranate Cookie (SSR, 10.0s) or Alchemist Cookie (R, 4.5s). Alchemist is R rarity with the better cooldown, so this is cheap to cover.
The name, and why data on it is thin
Alternative Cookies are new forms of existing characters, introduced with Crumble. The
Cookie Run Wiki has a /Crumble page for this one but no base character page, which
is why our infobox above shows no pronouns, ingredients or localised names — we do not
have a source for them and are not going to guess.
Everything shown is from the Crumble skill data directly. When the wiki fills in the character page, we will add the rest.
Should you build it?
Yes, if you want one Support instead of two. Healing plus a stacking 60% team ATK buff plus the second most wanted Synergy is a lot of value in one slot.
Take Pomegranate Cookie instead if you want the ATK buff immediately rather than ramped — hers is 46.5% applied at once with ~90% uptime, against a stack that has to build to 10. Take Cheerleader or Coffee if Duration uptime is all you need, since both are free and faster.

We have not played it ourselves; no tier placement is claimed here. The 60% figure is 6% × 10 stacks as published, not a measured value — we have not verified that all ten stacks are practically reachable in a fight.
FAQ
What is Milk Cookie's Crunchy Strong Pediatrician's skill in Cookie Run: Crumble?
Gentle Remedy, on a 7-second cooldown. Circling Bear Jellies heal allies, grant an ATK increase that stacks up to 10 times, and grant Duration Synergy. At base it restores 18.2% of ATK per tick with a 40% Duration buff.
Is Milk Cookie's Crunchy Strong Pediatrician an Alternative Cookie in Cookie Run: Crumble?
Yes. Alternative Cookies are existing characters who crossed a dimensional gate and appear in a new form — in this case Milk Cookie. That is why the name is unusually long and why the wiki has no separate base page for it.
Which Cookies does the Pediatrician buff in Cookie Run: Crumble?
It grants Duration Synergy, received by 14 Cookies including Dark Choco Cookie, Cream Puff Cookie, Scorpion Cookie and Skating Queen Cookie. It is the second most in-demand Synergy after Range.
Is the Pediatrician better than Cheerleader or Coffee Cookie?
All three grant Duration. Cheerleader and Coffee are U rarity on 5-second cooldowns — faster and cheaper. The Pediatrician's advantage is that it also heals and stacks a team ATK buff, so it does three jobs in one slot rather than one.
