What A Perfect Perfomance does

She spins on ice, dealing damage to enemies in her path. The ice then does two things:

  • Allies who step on it gain increased CRIT DMG
  • It grants Chain Synergy

The skill data lists Chain Synergy: 1 as the value granted.

The CRIT DMG buff is positional, which is rare in this game — most team buffs apply to everyone regardless of where they stand. This one requires allies to actually be on the ice. In an auto-battler where you do not control movement, that makes the buff less reliable than a flat team buff would be.

(The in-game skill name is spelled “A Perfect Perfomance”, missing an R. We reproduce it as the game does.)

Chain has two providers, both slow

Chain Synergy increases how many times a skill chains. Five Cookies receive it. Two grant it:

Provider Rarity Class Cooldown
Skating Queen SSR Charge 8.0s
Lime Cookie SR Support 8.0s

Unlike Pierce — where Strawberry Shortcake’s 6.2 seconds clearly beats Rockstar’s 10 — the two Chain providers are identical on cooldown. There is no fast option. Chain is an intermittent buff for everyone who depends on it, by design.

That makes the choice between them positional rather than numerical: Skating Queen is a Charge (frontline), Lime is a Support (back line). Take whichever slot you need to fill.

Who needs her

Chain recipients worth naming:

  • Twizzly Gummy Cookie (SSR Ranged) — chaining lightning on a 3.5-second cooldown. The fastest SSR Ranged Cookie, and Chain is exactly what her kit scales.
  • Vampire Cookie (SSR Charge) — receives Chain, grants nothing, so Skating Queen fills his gap.
  • Oven Wanderer Cookie (TSSR) — the headline unit of the launch roster also receives Chain.

The Oven Wanderer connection is worth flagging: if you pulled the game’s flagship TSSR, Skating Queen or Lime is how you amplify him, and both are on 8 seconds.

The longest cooldown among SSR Charges

Cookie Cooldown Grants
Cream Soda 3.5s Range
Vampire 6.0s
Strawberry Shortcake 6.2s Pierce
Skating Queen 8.0s Chain

She is the slowest, and her Synergy is the one that cannot be sped up. What justifies the slot is scarcity: Range has four providers and Pierce has two better-timed ones, but if you need Chain, your options are her and Lime.

She receives Duration Synergy herself, from Cheerleader Cookie (U, 5.0s), Coffee Cookie (U, 5.0s) or Milk Cookie’s Crunchy Strong Pediatrician (SSR, 7.0s). Duration extending how long her ice lasts is a natural fit — a longer-lived ice patch means more opportunities for allies to actually stand on it, which addresses the positional weakness above.

Should you build her?

Yes, if you run Twizzly Gummy, Vampire or Oven Wanderer. For those Cookies she is one of two options and the only one that also fills a frontline slot.

Otherwise she is the weakest SSR Charge: longest cooldown, and a CRIT buff that depends on ally positioning you do not control.

Pair her with a Duration provider if you do build her. Cheerleader and Coffee are U rarity and cost nothing, and a longer ice patch is the direct fix for her main weakness.

We have not played her ourselves; no tier placement is claimed here. The observation that the ice buff is positionally unreliable follows from the skill text, not from measurement.

FAQ

What is Skating Queen Cookie's skill in Cookie Run: Crumble?

A Perfect Perfomance, on an 8-second cooldown. She spins on ice, damaging enemies in her path, and increases CRIT DMG for allies who step on the ice while granting Chain Synergy.

Which Cookies need Skating Queen in Cookie Run: Crumble?

Chain Synergy recipients. There are five, including Twizzly Gummy Cookie (SSR Ranged), Vampire Cookie (SSR Charge) and Oven Wanderer Cookie (TSSR). Only she and Lime Cookie grant Chain in the entire roster.

Is Skating Queen's 8-second cooldown a problem in Cookie Run: Crumble?

It is the longest of any SSR Charge, and the other Chain provider — Lime Cookie — is also on 8 seconds. So Chain is intermittent no matter which of the two you run. There is no fast option for this Synergy.

What does the ice do in Cookie Run: Crumble?

Allies who step on it gain increased CRIT DMG. That is a positional buff — it only applies to Cookies standing in the right place, unlike most team buffs which apply regardless.
