What Muscle King Power does

Two parts, both offensive:

  1. He charges forward, damaging every enemy caught in his path.
  2. At the end of the charge he uppercuts, launching those enemies into the air.

There is no shield, no ally buff, no defence-down, no healing. For a Tank that is unusual — several higher-rarity Tanks spend their skill protecting the team. Muscle spends his running into people.

The launch is the part that matters for team building. An enemy in the air is an enemy not attacking, and it is also an enemy that has been moved out of whatever formation it was in. That is crowd control, and at 3.5 seconds he reapplies it more often than any other Tank.

Per-stat values at base promotion are not published for Muscle Cookie in the data we have. We list confirmed stat templates only for SSR Cookies, so treat his durability as “a C-rarity Tank” and nothing more precise than that. Rarity drives stats in this game, and C is the bottom of the ladder — the fast cooldown does not change that.

Who buffs him: Range Synergy

Muscle receives one Synergy, Range. Four Cookies grant it:

Provider Rarity Class Cooldown
Cream Soda Cookie SSR Charge 3.5s
Knight Cookie U Tank 5.0s
Toothpaste Cookie SSR Support 6.5s
Macaron Cookie SR Support 7.0s

Cream Soda Cookie is the best pairing on cooldown alone. At 3.5 seconds she cycles exactly as fast as Muscle does, so the Synergy is being reapplied on the same rhythm his skill fires on. Nothing else in the Range list comes close.

The more useful line for most players is the second one. Knight Cookie is U rarity — one step above the bottom — and grants the same Range Synergy on a 5-second cooldown. That beats both Toothpaste (SSR, 6.5s) and Macaron (SR, 7.0s). You do not need a top-rarity pull to turn Muscle on. This keeps happening across the roster: the cheap Cookies quietly cover the expensive Cookies’ Synergies, and Range is one of the clearest cases of it.

Knight is also a Tank, which is worth flagging. If you run Knight and Muscle you have two frontline bodies and no back line, so the practical build is Knight-as-provider only if your damage is coming from elsewhere.

Range is a widely received Synergy — several SSR Cookies want it too, so one provider in your team can cover Muscle and a carry at the same time. The full provider and recipient tables are on the Synergy page.

What he does not do: grant anything

Only 18 of the 69 launch Cookies grant a Synergy to their team. Muscle Cookie is not one of them.

This is the single most important fact on this page, because it decides his long-term place on your roster. A low-rarity Cookie that grants a Synergy has a permanent job — you keep it forever, because it is the key that unlocks somebody expensive. Knight Cookie, at U rarity, is exactly that: it will still be in teams long after its own stats stopped mattering.

Muscle has no such job. He is a body that receives a buff. Once you own a Tank with better stats, there is no argument left for the slot.

Competition: the Tank line

Muscle has no same-rarity rivals — he is the only C-rarity Tank in the roster, so nothing at his own level competes with him. His competition is upward, and it is steep.

Tank Rarity Cooldown Receives
Muscle C 3.5s Range
Madeleine SSR 4.0s Range, Projectile Speed
Strawberry Crepe SSR 4.0s Rapid Fire
Schwarzwälder SSR 4.2s Range
Dark Choco SSR 6.0s Duration
Ion Cookie Robot SSR 7.0s Volley
Nameless Cake Hound SSR 7.2s Range

He is faster than all of them. He is also weaker than all of them, by the plain arithmetic of rarity, and several of them bring protection or a debuff that he does not. Cooldown is one number out of many, and it is the one number a C-rarity Cookie is allowed to win.

The genuinely convenient part: Muscle, Madeleine, Schwarzwälder and Nameless Cake Hound all receive Range. The provider you eventually run for your SSR Tank is the same provider that was buffing Muscle, so upgrading the slot does not force you to rebuild the rest of the team.

Dark element: extra damage to Light, extra taken from Light, since Light and Dark counter each other both ways. See the element chart.

Should you build him?

Early on, yes. Long term, no.

Build him while your roster is thin. A C-rarity Cookie is cheap to level, he fills the frontline slot, and the 3.5-second charge means the crowd control lands often enough to feel like it is doing something. Pair him with Knight or Cream Soda for Range and he works.

Replace him the moment you have any higher-rarity Tank you can afford to invest in. He grants nothing, so there is no hidden reason to keep him around — unlike the U and R Cookies that stay useful forever because somebody expensive depends on their Synergy.

That is not a criticism of the design. C-rarity Cookies are supposed to be scaffolding. Muscle is good scaffolding with an unusually fast skill, and that is the whole of it.

If you want to see where he sits against the rest of the roster, the tier list tool lets you sort by class, rarity and cooldown.

FAQ

What is Muscle Cookie's skill in Cookie Run: Crumble?

Muscle King Power, on a 3.5-second cooldown. He charges forward and damages every enemy in his path, then uppercuts them at the end of the charge and launches them into the air.

Which Cookies boost Muscle Cookie in Cookie Run: Crumble?

He receives Range Synergy, and four Cookies grant it: Cream Soda Cookie (SSR, 3.5s), Knight Cookie (U, 5.0s), Toothpaste Cookie (SSR, 6.5s) and Macaron Cookie (SR, 7.0s). Knight is U rarity, so a cheap Cookie covers him fully.

Is Muscle Cookie worth building in Cookie Run: Crumble?

Early on, yes — he is a C-rarity Tank with a 3.5-second cooldown, which cycles faster than any SSR Tank. He grants no Synergy of his own, so once you own a higher-rarity Tank there is no reason to keep investing in him.

What element is Muscle Cookie in Cookie Run: Crumble?

Dark. Light and Dark counter each other both ways, so he deals extra damage to Light enemies and takes extra damage from them.
